Kimbell Art Museum

Aside from the Kimbell Art Museum, you might also want to check out Fort Worth’s botanical garden. It is a beautiful location with twenty kinds of gardens and over 2,500 varieties of plants. A dining room overlooking a reflecting pond gives a unique perspective of the museum’s surroundings. There’s also a lot of outdoor space, so you can enjoy a relaxing stroll after a long day of art appreciation.
If you want to see a little bit of history, check out the Stockyards National Historic District in Fort Worth. This historic district was founded in 1866 and took its name from the cattle industry. Pioneer Heritage Committee and the Tarrant County Historical Society helped create the museum, and it offers a unique look at frontier life in the nineteenth century.
